Since 1998, the Barre Youth Mentor Program
has matched caring adults with children who are in need of a
positive role model in their lives.
What is a Mentor? A mentor experiences personal fulfillment
by having positively impacted a child's life.
What does it take to be a Mentor? A mentor must want
to share their time, be a positive role model and arrive on time
for visits with the student.
Components of the Barre Youth Mentor Program:
Sharing
a hobby or favorite activity with a student
Any
day of the week
From
1:20 to 2:00 or from 2:00 to 3:00
