What is RIF?

Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) is the nation's oldest and  largest non-profit children's literacy organization.  RIF programs are able to buy new books at reduced prices to be distributed to children three times during the school year.  Students participate in fun motivational activities and are able to choose their free books from a wide variety of titles, genres and reading levels.  To learn more about the national RIF,Inc. click on RIFNet above.
