Looking forward to a new school year! Parents: Our art classes are 38 minutes long and are held once a week. Please remember on the day your child has art class, we are working with our hands and many times we are using messy materials. Please help your child remember to dress appropriately on an art day. Having them wear something that is easy to wash (or even "play clothes" that can get dirty) would be great. We have smocks in the classroom that we wear on painting days, but accidents do happen!
Thank you for your help and support!
3rd and 4th grade art students helped to participate in a fun and creative way to celebrate Earth Day. We painted an unusable compost tote from Central Vermont Solid Waste Management District.
Our finished tote won a $250 prize!
Thanks to all who voted at the Hunger Mountain Co-op!
